Red Mead

A traditional red mead known as melomel.  This red mead is light fruity mead with added boysenberries.  One medieval story is that peasants who couldn't afford a good honey mead would collect berries from the forests to enhance their mead.  Our mead maker knows what he is doing with this one... its a firm favourite!
