Refund policy

NZ Customers - Consumer Guarantee

Your purchases with Colony are covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. We can replace or refund any product which is faulty or of unacceptable quality. Returns must be in the original packaging and accompanied with a proof of purchase.

 

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To exercise this right, notify us at sales@colony.co.nz within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in their original packaging and unused condition. We will issue a full refund — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods (including honey and bee products), sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or goods that have been personalised or custom-made.
