Wintermede Mead

Our most popular mead.

Traditionally sweet, made with 1/3 honey, and in the traditional style popular for hundreds of years,  Wintermede is a rich full-bodied sweet mead made from manuka and bush honey.

Delicious chilled or slightly warmed.  Take your time to enjoy in a small glass.

On colder nights, pour the mead into a glass and place in the microwave on low for about 20 seconds to create a warm, comforting tipple.

If you keep mead in the fridge, its quality can remain even after you open it for about 12 months.
