Wintermede Mead

Our most popular mead.

Traditionally sweet, made with 1/3 honey, and in the traditional style popular for hundreds of years.  The Wintermede is a rich full-bodied sweet mead made from manuka and bush honey.
12.5% Alc/Vol

Delicious chilled or slightly warmed.  Enjoy in a small sherry or shot glass.

On colder nights, I pour the mead into a glass and place in the microwave on low... just heating it enough.  It tastes delicious.

If you keep mead in the fridge, its quality can remain even after you open it for about 12 months.
